Sing! Sing! Sing!

Christmas can be a tough time for people.  Suicide rates are highest during this time of year.  It is not uncommon to feel despair, loneliness and hopelessness while people hustle to stores and search for the perfect gift.  Have you ever considered that YOU might be the perfect gift? 

Time is one of the most valuable things we can give.  Share your heart this Christmas.  Go caroling tonight or tomorrow in your neighborhood or at a local assisted living facility.  Sing to your Mom on the phone.  Join a flash mob at a mall near you and sing the "Hallelujah Chorus"!

Music is one of the best ways to lift the spirits and express joy.  Share your joy!
