Uplifting, Thought Provoking and Remindful

I have often tried to imagine what song has been written that captures my life's essence.  What song is it that says who I am and what I'm about and what I love?  Hmmmm... Tough question.  

The world is full of incredible music and wonderful songs.  I embrace them as part of an expression of what I'm all about.  Some are simply garbage and should, therefore, be taken out with the trash.  There.  I said it.

I am careful with my daughter's ears.  Garbage in, garbage out, right?  I want her to embrace songs that are uplifting, thought provoking and that remind us of the power of our Higher Power who is the Lord God Almighty.

This morning, I'm sharing this Donnie McClurkin chorus "Great Is Your Mercy Towards Me".  It's simply structured and beautiful although a bit vocally overdone in some spots in my opinion.  Just learn the chorus and let it bless you today.
